The Global/National Video Internet Voting Network is a sub-configuration of the Federate Union. Governments only come from societies whom allow to be governed. Once this is established, the citizens of the society are embedded into containment. The containment is the display to their officials of their own entire life. Birth-certificates, where you live, work, how much your make, where you put your money, how you drive, your address...it will not end.

INTRODUCTION The Constitution of the United States of America says that the government will be "...of the People, by the People and for the People..." Yet for almost two hundred thirty years the People have had to rely on elected officials to squander over what they interpret as to what the People want. Over time, this margin of error has created a chasm of separation between the People and their government, which is no more obvious than today as our freedom, life and future existence is at their exception.

The solution to link the communities, countries, states and nation together is with an easily accessible video voting network. All that will be required is that you are a citizen of the Global Confederation Union, are a registered country voter, have a legal email and address, and care enough to help make a change.

This process is called the Global/National Video Internet Voting Network. It will be presented by describing the levels of involvement, equipment needed, voting process, security process and a broad description of what the video transmission service can do.

DISCUSSION Today we are in the age of information. We have the capabilities to transmit millions of bits of data anywhere in the world. Knowing that we are in this time, is not there a way that the People of the United States of America can regain their control of all legislative matters that govern their livelihood?

Levels of Involvement

The levels of involvement are a break down of how the system can operate for local communities of our states, to interlining all registered U.S. citizens into governing control of our Nation’s international affairs. Different echelons of voting domain will be established by you , the people.

Equipment Needed

All the equipment that the voter will need is a touch-tone telephone and a television set. If they do not have access to one, voting stations provided by their local communities will be available to all. These stations will include comfortable viewing lounges that have enough monitors to cover all channels currently being broadcasted into the network. All network information will also be tailored to reach any physical handicap of any U.S. registered voter. Telephones to input into the system will also be provided. The broadcasted channels and telephone access will be provided toll free to all voters.

The Voting Process

The voting process is the pinnacle element within the Global/National Video Internet Voting Network. The idea is that it will reach every citizen and give the governing authority of their lives back into their own hands. The main goal is to put all governing affairs of our communities with video display into the Peoples discretion of how their American society should be run...not into the hands of a few, elected officials.

I will begin the elaboration of this element by defining the order of operations for the network voting process.

1. Proposed ideas, problems, issues and current affairs are gathered by the people collaborating at a central location for their community. Categories of crime, environment, public works, internal revenue, social welfare, education, transportation, and whatever else the People need, will help convey subjects into the network.

2. Objects that are in the network now receive attention by the population. People will get together, working with one another and develop a presentation for a solution. The presentation of the ideas are then constructed into proposed bills.

3. The bills are then broadcasted into the network for the Peoples understanding and reviewing of them. Time lengths of broadcast are established to allow objects to run efficiently through the network.

The security process is to ensure that the People are the ones making the decisions, not a manipulated machine. There are five phases that are required for the voting network to work and be honest for the people.

1. Each registered U.S. voter is given a security code that allows them access into the central processing station through the telephone. The security codes are screened by the central processing station.

2. (a) If the security code is accurate the computer will then ‘flag’ that code number as an active one time voting for that particular session, see 3.
(b) If the code number is incorrect no access to voting network, see 5.

4. At random, printouts of each individual voters choices will be sent to their address so the voter can review and confirm his/her choice by giving their signature and sending it back to the vote confirmation jury. This process can also be provided to any U.S. registered voter who wants it. If the People want to increment the "checks and balances" with more hardcopy signature proofs, then so be it. It is suggested by random only to save work, time and paper. Votes that are selected or requested to undergo this process will not be counted until they are viewed by the vote confirmation jury.

Broadcasted Video Data Forms

Being able to witness the unedited video displays of the present revenue expenditures, social affairs of ALL people and fire/rescue/law enforcement government for all GCU members is the key to the Global/National Video Internet Voting Network.

This network is providing the public information that concerns them all. A television set will be the monitor that allows the public at home to see and view the works of their government. As stated earlier, these along with other devices, will be provided free so the entire registered population can be reached. Here is an idea of how the channels can be arranged.

Home channel This is the channel that is directory to all the other channels being broadcasted. It will have information to help aid your knowledge of the voting network and direct you to further assistance.

Government channels These channels will be broken down into various categories so the public will have access to current statistics and works of its missions:

Internal revenue- How much money is being taken in, where it is being spent

Law enforcement- Moral, corporate and criminal crime reports, traffic, accident
statistics

Pollution indexes- What it is

Social- What aids are available, what is being done, who is being helped

Etc.- anything else that the People want

Category channels These are the channels that specify where you can view your topics of interest and what is being performed within that area.

SUMMARY Today is the age of information, we have the power to connect all humans together on a grand scale. Our interlinking system that bonds all our communities together is our local, state and federal government. However, they are failing to do the job in a manner that truly does promote for the general welfare of all. If we can accept this as a fact, and care to make a difference for the better, why cannot we function as a community to overcome cohesive termination?

The American society of today is seeing the destruction by its "hired politicians" throughout numbers of years. Some have been, and some are really good people. But unfortunately, the evidence of abuse is present. The Declaration of Independence for this country has evolved. The American publics control with its Federal, State and probably most of its local governments has changed to...

The vote confirmation jury is the public that are selected at random to serve a short time, highly compensated and trained job that compares returned voting printouts with their ballot choices and matching signatures. If a defect is discovered, an immediate investigation is performed to determine the cause and a remedy is applied to the cause.
